- 30-Day Refill Guarantee: We provide a one-time refill within 30 days for any services that experience a drop. If a drop occurs within 30 days of the completion of your order, please contact us with your order details, and we will process a refill at no additional cost.
- Conditions for Refill: Orders that experience drops after the 30-day period are not eligible for refill. If the drop occurs beyond the guarantee period, users are required to place a new order to restore engagement levels.
- Exclusions: Our guarantee does not cover drops due to account deactivation, suspensions, or any platform policy violations by the user.
4. Payments and Refunds
- Payments: All payments are due at the time of order placement. We accept various payment methods through WooCommerce for your convenience.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are only offered if we are unable to deliver the service as described. Once an order is completed or a refill is provided within the 30-day guarantee, refunds will not be issued.
